Veiana riba:
1-iz4istvat se vatreshnostite.
2-12 h. V salamura,ako ima oshte krav +6 v nova salamura(salamura- voda+sol,slagash priasno iaice I sobaviash sol dokato suhata 4ast ot iaiceto stane kato 2 evro monetata).
3-izcezdase I se provesva na suho provetrivo miasto,dokato kapkata na nosa se zadarzi traino.
Presnosolna riba:
1-is4istvash vatreshnostite.
2-v salamura za 6 h.
3-redise v burkan,red riba red sol I se zaliva s voda do gore.
4-predi iadene se kisne v sladka voda dokato se polu4i priaten vkus.
Riben salam:
1-samo fileta 12 h. v salamura,ako ima krav +6 h. v nova salamura.
2-maze se s smes za kaizerovane+nariazan luk.
3-zagrashtase v 1 plast ambalazna hartia.
4-stiga se zdravo s kanap.
5-v hladilnika.
6-sled 5 dni e gotova.
Marinovana riba.
1-fileta,12h.v salamura,ako ima krav+6h.v nova salamura.
2-kisnese v vinen ocet I voda (1 kam1) 6h.
3-ocezda se .
4-redi se platno v burkan(edrata riba na shaibi,drebnata ciala),mezdu redovete se slaga kopar,bahar,dafinov list,4er piper(top4eta),luk,4esan.
5-zacirash olio s par4e hliab I zalivash da pokrie.
6-zatvariash zdravo burkanite.
7-sled 3dni e gotova.
8-potekoha mi ligite,otivam da hapna I da udaria po edno.Nazdrave I dobar apetit.
